Overview
Xiandi Zhu is a senior undergraduate student who will pursue a Ph.D. at Zhejiang University, starting in 2026. His recent research is centered at the intersection of music, artificial intelligence, and human-computer interaction. Research Interests: Multimodal Music, Explainable AI (XAI) for Music, Music Generation; Human-Computer Interaction, Affective Computing, Embodied Intelligence, VR and Player Experience Design. His technical work is complemented by his deep engagement with music and language. He holds a JLPT N2 certification with a year of translation experience and has a keen interest in linguistics, particularly Chomskyan theory. He is also a practicing keyboardist, with ongoing studies in music theory, harmony, and formal analysis.
